What Is The Budget Of This Tour?

Dear Clients Please know that the tour price covers the services stated in the “Inclusions” section only and there are many other personal expenses which will occur during your trip are not included in the Tour prices such as Optional Activities, Tipping etc

Children Policy:

Children till 5 years old will be Free for Accommodation sharing parent room for a maximum one Child without bed

Children between 5 / 11 years old will be charge with 50% of the adult price sharing parent room

Children over 11 years old will be charge as an adult person

1 Adult + 1 Child will be considered as a Double room.

Gratuities And Tipping:

How much is the average Tipping and when to give it?

Hotel Crew:

On Average there are about 50 to 100 people working in the Hotel. The Guest sees only 5 or 7 persons of the crew. So it is unfair to give tips to people that you see and forget other people. That’s why there is a rule in all Hotels that Guest should not pay any tips for anyone during the stay. All Tips must be given at the end of your stay. You put your tips in an envelope and write the amount on the back then leave it at the Reception of your Hotel. All Tips will be collected from clients and divided to the whole Hotel Staff. This is a Fair solution for everyone.

Nile Cruise Crew:

On Average there are about 50 to 70 people working in the Nile Cruise boat. The Guest sees only 5 or 7 persons of the crew. The Tips is about 3 to 4 US$ Per Person per Night. For Example, if you are 2 Person and having a 3 Nights’ accommodation in Nile Cruise your Tip Amount will be:

4 US$ x 3 Nights x 2 Persons = 24 US$.

So you Leave 24 US$ in an Envelope at the Reception on the End of your Nile Cruise Trip.

For People who are carrying your bags in the check in and the check out from the Nile Cruise boat they will get alone tipping from you in the time of check out 1 US Dollars per person. Those tipping are not including in the tipping which you left at the reception of the Nile Cruise Boat

Hotel in Hurghada:

The Tips is about 2 US$ Per Person per Night. For Example, if you are 2 Person and having a 5 Nights’ accommodation in the Hotel your Tip Amount will be:

2 US$ x 4 Nights x 2 Person = 16 US$.

So you Leave 16 US Dollars in an Envelope at the Reception on the End of your stay at the Hotel in the checkout time.

For The Drivers, Representatives and Guides:

The following amounts are Recommended and on a Per Person Basis (in American Dollars USD).

Luxor Representative 3 to 5 US$

Drivers 10 US$ (per airport transfer not per person for each transfer)

Guides 8 US$ (per person per day)

Drivers 7 US$ (per person per Aswan tour)

Horse Carriage in Edfu 4 US$ per Carriage

Drivers 7 US$ (per person per Luxor tour per day)

Drivers 25 US$ per transfer from Luxor to Hurghada tour not per person

Please Note:

Tips are not an obligation on you. It is redemption for a good service. However wages in Egypt are very low. So most people depend on tips to survive, but this is not an excuse to give a bad service. If you feel that the person is not offering you a good service or stressing you to give him tips, DO NOT GIVE TIPS or REDUCDE THE AMOUNT. But please tell him why you did that. In most cases if you don’t give tips, people such as Driver, Cruise Staff, Felucca Captain or Carriage Car Driver will think that you gave the tips to your guide to give it to them and will start a Hard Talking with him about that and waste your time.

Cancellation Charge:

The Cancellation charge may be applicable on the following bases:

60 days to 46 before arrival 15% of total price.

45 days to 31 before arrival 25% of total price.

30 days to 16 before arrival 50% of total price.

15 days to arrival day 100% of total price.

In case of NO SHOW a 100% of total price.

For Peak Periods Christmas & New Year & Easter:

90 days to 61 before arrival 25% of total price.

60 days to 31 before arrival 50% of total price.

30 days to arrival day 100% of total price.

Please Note:

In some cases a NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT or NONE REFUNDABLE FULL PAYMENT is required in order to guarantee the space in some cruises or for some flights regardless the date of booking. If this is the case, The NONE REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OR NONE REFUNDABLE FULL PAYMENT is applied regardless the cancelation date or booking Date.

Example:

A client made a booking on May 1st for a cruise that start on October 1st.

The cruise or the Hotel required a 50% NONE REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT.

The Client canceled his booking on June 1st (4 Months before the Cruise Date).

The 50% Cancelation Fees will be applied regardless the booking date, cancelation date or the cruise date.

The cancellation charge is a liquid damage to compensate the Tour Operator for prepayments made on advance booking of travel services and for administrative cost involved in processing a cancellation and is genuine estimate thereof and is not a penalty

Unused Tour Services:

Our Company is not responsible for any unused portions of your tours and cannot refund any money.

Accommodation:

The followings are the terms we use and their respective meanings.

Double: Based on twin or doubled bedded rooms.

Single: Based on single bed room.

Triple: Based on 3 beds room.

Please Note:

Our Company reserves the right to substitute the Nile Cruises or hotel of similar quality the Nile Cruises or hotel mentioned are not available.

Meals:

As specifically indicated in each tours No other meals included. Please refer to the detailed itinerary of your travel package for more information about the everyday meals.

Sightseeing:

Tours will be by seat in air-conditioned car basis or by air-conditioned motor- coach with bilingual speaking guides. as the inclusions and exclusions section of the Tour Package, taxes and charges are included.

Transfer:

All transfers between Airport and hotels or Nile Cruises are included. Excess baggage charges must be paid by the passengers.

Travel Documents:

It is the full responsibility and expense of the consumer to obtain all documents required by all relevant government authorities. Client failing to provide the required documents may be denied boarding privileges by the carrier or relevant authorities, without further recourse of the possibility of a refund. No refund or replacement will be given for lost or stolen travel documents.

Travel Insurance:

We recommend that all passengers purchase travel insurance at time of booking as a measure of added protection. Our company is not responsible or liable for loss, damage, theft of luggage and/or personal belongings or for personal injury, accidents and or illness. For your own protection, it is important that you have, or purchase, adequate insurance to cover these eventualities. Your insurance agent can arrange this for you.
